The Story

Why after a long professional photography career did I  step away from an extensive client list including: Northface, Patagonia, Rip Curl, Air New Zealand, Salomon, Teva, Marmot, K2, Dagger, Coleman, Scott, Land Rover, Thule, Mike Wiegele’s Heli Skiing, Oakley, Sports Illustrated, Ski, Powder, Bike, Outside, Mountain Bike, Backpacker, Runners World, Canoe & Kayak, Outdoor Retailer, Ski Lake Tahoe, Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority and Nevada State Department of Tourism ?

When film died from digital death, it was time for me to step away.  Early era digital photo equipment and image quality lacked my standards. Happy to say, the digital photography baby has grown into a fine-grain adult. Digital technology has surpassed film leaving it in megapixel dust. I'm back behind the viewfinder. Here’s visual notes for my absence. Same experienced photographer, now master of digital. Open for business.
